At Village Bikes we are Sarasota and Bradenton / Lakewood Ranch’s premier bicycle sales and service shops. We are full service purveyors of fun, fitness, and high performance bicycles, cycling equipment, and cycling accessories. We enjoy selling the premier brands of bicycling equipment, parts, accessories, and we are experts at servicing bicycles from all manufacturers. We have the right bike for everyone from youngsters to group riders, and world class athletes. We are consistently voted the area’s #1 bike shop and we work hard every day to live up to that.

We carry a full assortment of bicycles and cycling accessories at both our Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota shops.

Some of these include bike helmets, saddles & seatposts, pedals & shoes, cycling clothing, lights, computers, and bicycle cleaning and repair equipment. We carry quality brands such as Specialized, Kask, SRAM, Hincape, Shimano, Cateye, Garmin, and other top manufacturers of bike equipment and accessories. At Village Bikes we pride ourselves on providing top-quality service. Our customer service extends beyond the sale, and we strive to ensure that each customer receives the assistance and support they need to enjoy their bicycle for many years to come. We can’t possibly stock everything our distributors carry, but we’d be glad to give you pricing and order anything you’d like if we don’t have it on hand.
 

Village Bikes is a full service family bike shop, run by active cyclists and triathletes. We cater to the needs of all skill levels – from casual cyclists to trail riders and even to die-hard racing machines for road, mountain, and tri competitors. Whether you’re looking for a new bicycle, an component or wheel upgrade, a better fit to maximize comfort and power output, or a repair or replacement for your bicycle, we’ll take care of you.

We offer a top of the line bike repair facility at both our Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch / Bradenton locations that can take care of any maintenance needs. From minor adjustments and repairs to complete upgrades and overhauls, our team of professional mechanics will attend to your bike quickly and competently. Most repairs are completed within one day. Minor adjustments are performed on-the-spot at your convenience.

We continue to care for your bike after your purchase, including making sure you are fit properly. Our staff are well trained in the latest advances in bike fitting. We also offer lifetime simple adjustments on your bike at no charge.

We carry cycling apparel from helmets and sunglasses, to jerseys, bibs, shorts, socks, shoes, and gloves.
