• Composite Decking secured with stainless steel screws

• Stainless steel hardware, not galvanized which will rust within a few years

• Plastic piling wrap, to help protect against marine boring organisms

• Route-ring of the cut ends of all timbers and pilings, to eliminate splinters and for a cleaner more polished look

• Other options such as piling caps, bumpers, fish cleaning tables, ladders, lights, benches, etc., will be discussed with you during our on-site consultation. 

• If have a boat dock that is in need of repair Island Property Maintainance and Repair will work with you to maintain and/or upgrade the dock to last a few more years.  Often the decking can be replaced utilizing the existing pilings saving you thousands and extending the life of your dock.
